Q : HOW CAN I PAY IN THE PRINT SHOP?
A : In the way that suits you.
Paying by card is encrypted and safe on this site.

Pay Pal is also available if you prefer that.
If you are eligible through Pay Pal you can also choose
to divide your payment into 3 interest-free installments.

If none of these options work for you,
many customers without payment cards etc pay with bank transfer.
Send us an email with your order wishes and we'll help
with that final step;

Q : DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
A : The Studio ships worldwide.

We are, however, so sorry that we can not send
to Russia or UAE at this time,
due to restrictions on imported goods in these countries.
The Studio is highly experienced and has printed giclée & fine art,
sending it to art galleries and private individuals all over the world for over 25 years.
Not only are we proud to say we've had one return due to
damage in transit over four years, but we are also happy to say that
the Studio checks rates with all couriers on a daily basis,
to ensure the most cost-effective one for you as a customer.
(Furthermore, we charge what we are charged and
don't make anything on shipping.)

Q : WILL THE PRINT HAVE A BORDER?
A : Yes.
Seeing as many customers don't necessarily want to frame with
an added passepartout, all prints come with a white border
(smaller size prints have a 2cm border and larges ones a 3cm border)
included in the total size listed.
This for the photographs to be beautifully 'framed',
should one wish to add passepartout or not.

Q : DO YOU SELL DIGITAL FILES OF HANNAH's WORK?
A : Yes, we most often do.
A statement is signed via email that the work is only
to be used for the purpose discussed,
we send photographs digitally and you can then, for example,
have wallpaper made where you are in the world.
Please email us with any such wish at;

Q : DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SIZE FINE ART PRINTS?
A : We do,
- if you wish for a bigger size
than what’s available in the print shop.
We can Giclée print up to 110 x 250 cm (or 43 x 98 inches).
We also do the occasional special request (even bigger-) size.
(Then with a so-called C-type printing method which is different from
giclée and therefore a test run is always part of your process.)
Please email us with any such enquiries at;
info@hannahlemholtphotography.com
.. and it'll be our pleasure to do all we can to help you.
Q : DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS FOR HANNAH'S WORK NOT FOUND IN THE SHOP?
A : We do,
Please e-mail us and we’ll see if it’s a wish we can fulfil.
Most often we can.

Q : DO YOU SELL MOUNTED WORK IN THE PRINT SHOP?

A : We do.

We do Dibond mounting.
When weight is an issue because of framing
a 3mm Dibond is a beautiful alternative to aluminium
(weighing less than half that of aluminium).
This archival mounting solution is perfect for large pieces.
We can also add 'split batten fixing' to the back; giving the impression
of your artwork 'floating' from the surface of the wall.

Q : WHERE DO YOU PRINT AND SHIP FROM?

A : We collaborate with, - & print at, a longstanding professional imaging lab
in England, specialising in high-quality giclée and fine art prints.
The studio's work has been exhibited in art galleries and museums the world over.
It was founded in 1993 and has grown into one of the UK’s leading
photographic printing and finishing studios.

The Studio also consistently work with reusing the material that
they are sent in their business, so cardboard tubes, for example, are always
already used at least once. We are also in an Eco-Delivery commitment,
meaning the most earth-friendly delivery is always prioritised.

Q : WHAT DOES ARCHIVAL MEAN?
A : In cold hard facts it means that the print studio uses only the
highest quality acid-free Giclée papers, and genuine fade-resistant,
archival Epson pigment inks. When tested by the international
testing facilities (the Wilhelm Institute and Aardenburg Imaging) these inks
were ranked within the top three of all archival inks currently in production.
In the softer sense, it means you'll own a print that will last,
in precisely that same beautiful quality, - for at least 75 years.

Q : DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE ON FRAMING?
A : Oh, - do we ever?
This is a step that truly can bring the prints you buy to yet another level.
It’s a little bit like a beautiful Japanese tea ceremony
and very much like taking that favourite coat to the dry cleaners.
It gives and keeps giving, that difficult to place - but unmistakable - feeling
of something being new, over and over again.
We say go to a picture framing shop if you can.
It’s often less expensive than people imagine (!) and
every single customer we've advised on this has been so happy they did.
There’s nothing quite like choosing a hand-painted frame
that compliments the photograph and getting it
professionally mounted and glassed.
If you really want to treat yourself reflex-free glass is LIFE.
You can also frame the print in a vintage frame (found at flea markets).
We find it stunning to mix old golden or silver frames with photography.
Most of the sizes we offer here will also fit into those standard
measure picture frames you might already have at home,
or find very easily at most department stores.

As mentioned above, we also do and ship Dibond mounting.

If you'd like to skip a frame but still want mounting like this,
send us an email and we'll happily help you;

In short, - we’d just love to advise you to take care of your print.
It most likely won’t feel great for long with them getting scratches or marks.
With photographic prints wear and tear won't add that covetable patina,
so we say - frame - & mix it up with your own style.
Should you have a question not answered here,
don’t hesitate to write and ask..!
